Director, Strategic Partnerships

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director, Strategic Partnerships based in the United States. This is a high-impact, zero-to-one leadership opportunity focused on building a strategic partnerships function from the ground up. You will define the partnerships strategy, identify the highest-value channels, and personally establish the first commercial relationships. The role spans resellers, agencies, sales consultancies, systems integrators, hyperscalers, and technology platforms. Success will be measured by tangible pipeline generation, commercial outcomes, and the ability to turn partnerships into a scalable growth engine. You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Field leadership to develop compelling commercial and go-to-market motions. As the function gains traction, you will transition from hands-on builder to team leader, creating the structure and talent needed for scale. This role is ideal for a commercially driven partnerships leader who thrives in ambiguity and enjoys building new capabilities in a fast-moving technology environment.
