This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director, Technical Business Operations based in Canada. This is a senior business-facing leadership role responsible for strengthening operational governance across Retirement & Wealth functions. You will oversee programs spanning risk and compliance, third-party management, business continuity, operational resilience, and records management. The role connects business, technology, operations, risk, and compliance teams to ensure programs are consistently executed and aligned with enterprise standards. You will provide leadership visibility through clear reporting, metrics, governance frameworks, and proactive risk management. The position combines strategic execution with operational discipline, requiring strong judgment and the ability to influence across a complex, highly matrixed organization. You will also have opportunities to simplify processes, strengthen controls, and enable sustainable business growth.
