This senior-level role leads transaction management strategy and execution across large, complex real estate portfolios and enterprise initiatives. You will translate business objectives into strategic transaction plans, market optimization strategies, and measurable portfolio outcomes. The position offers broad exposure across multiple asset classes and high-impact client real estate programs. You will guide brokers, transaction teams, and cross-functional partners through sophisticated transactions and negotiations. The role combines strategic advisory, financial analysis, client relationship management, and operational execution.
