Coordinate documentation workflows across headquarters, production facilities, third-party manufacturers, quality assurance, engineering, supply chain, and logistics teams. Verify the completeness, accuracy, and compliance of documentation packages before product shipment and customer acceptance. Maintain document revision control, configuration management, and traceability throughout the product lifecycle. Prepare and organize manufacturing records, Certificates of Conformance (CoC), inspection reports, First Article Inspection (FAI) documentation, test reports, and shipping records. Develop documentation packages and reports for product demonstrations, customer reviews, acceptance testing, sales presentations, and executive reporting. Monitor production milestones and ensure all required documentation is completed in line with manufacturing schedules, contractual obligations, and delivery deadlines. Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturing partners to collect, validate, and maintain quality assurance and compliance records. Support internal and external audits by ensuring documentation is accurate, accessible, securely stored, and readily retrievable. Ensure compliance with AS9100, ISO 9001, government contracting requirements, and customer-specific documentation standards. Maintain electronic document management systems (EDMS), ensuring proper version control, secure record storage, and reliable traceability. Identify documentation gaps and discrepancies, coordinate corrective actions with relevant stakeholders, and contribute to continuous process improvement. Prepare operational and executive reports covering production status, documentation completion, shipment readiness, and contractual deliverables. Requirements: Associate's or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering Technology, Supply Chain, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant professional experience. At least three years of experience in document control within aerospace, defense, manufacturing, or another regulated industry. Demonstrated experience preparing and processing DD Form 250 documentation and managing government contract deliverables. Working knowledge of AS9100, ISO 9001, configuration management principles, and regulated documentation processes. Experience coordinating documentation requirements across multiple departments, external suppliers, and third-party manufacturing organizations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, including the ability to prepare accurate reports and documentation packages. Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP), manufacturing resource planning (MRP), product lifecycle management (PLM), or electronic document management systems. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to documentation accuracy. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across technical and non-technical teams. Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain accurate records, and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of records management, quality documentation, regulatory compliance, supplier coordination, and process improvement. Ability to work remotely while collaborating closely with geographically distributed teams and external partners. Preferred qualifications: Experience supporting Department of Defense (DoD) contracts and defense-related manufacturing programs. Familiarity with Government Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) or Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) systems. Knowledge of quality assurance documentation, First Article Inspection (FAI) requirements, and Certificates of Conformance. Experience preparing customer-facing reports, executive-level documentation, and production status summaries. Background in aerospace manufacturing, government contract compliance, configuration control, or supplier quality coordination. Benefits: Annual salary: $68,500–$93,000 USD, depending on qualifications and experience. Comprehensive benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and additional coverage options. Retirement savings: 401(k) plan with company matching. Paid time off: Three weeks of paid vacation annually. Sick leave: 40 hours of paid sick time. Company holidays: 12 paid company holidays per year. Remote work: Remote working arrangement, with candidates required to live in the Camden, Arkansas, or Cincinnati/Cleveland, Ohio, areas.
