About The Role
我們正在尋找具備營運思維與執行力的營運人才！ 你將負責司機夥伴的經營與服務品質優化，透過日常營運管理、跨部門協作與現場問題處理，持續提升司機夥伴的服務品質與營運效率。 同時，你也將參與平台商城維運與司機社群管理，透過數據觀察、流程優化與溝通策略，打造更完善的司機營運體驗，並確保平台營運穩定順暢。
【工作待遇】
- 月薪 30,000 - 45,000 元 (依能力核定薪資) 。
