As the company continues its expansion across Europe, they are now looking for an eCommerce Manager to help accelerate their digital presence and support their growth in the Benelux market.
The Role
This is a high-impact position focused on developing and growing the online business in the Benelux region.
Working closely with major eRetailers, you will drive performance, build strong partnerships, and translate data into sustainable growth.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to increase revenue, visibility, and customer loyalty
- Manage relationships with key eRetailers such as Amazon
- Monitor KPIs, analyze performance, and derive actionable insights
- Track competitor activity and identify growth opportunities
- Manage product listings, content, and promotional planning
- Ensure a strong and consistent digital shelf presence
- Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and regional teams across Europe
- Represent the company at trade shows and industry events
Requirements
Education & Experience
- University degree or equivalent qualification
- 2–4 years of experience in e-commerce, digital sales, or key account management (FMCG preferred)
- Experience with Amazon or similar platforms is a plus
Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical and commercial mindset
- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and analytics tools
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Languages
- Fluent in French, Dutch, and English
