The 2027 ASEAN International Scholarship supports eligible international students commencing an eligible CRICOS-registered undergraduate or Master by Coursework program at Edith Cowan University in 2027. The award reduces tuition fees by 20% for the standard duration of the eligible course and applies only to tuition; it cannot be exchanged for cash. Study must be on campus at ECU Joondalup, ECU City or ECU South West. ECU automatically assesses eligible applicants when they apply for an eligible course, so there is no separate scholarship application. Successful students are notified in their Letter of Offer.
Eligibility requirements
Applicants must be international students and citizens of Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, the Philippines, Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos or Thailand. They must commence an eligible CRICOS-registered undergraduate or Master by Coursework program at ECU in 2027, meet the course admission requirements, study at an eligible Western Australia campus, and remain full-fee-paying and non-sponsored. Australian citizens, Australian permanent residents, humanitarian visa holders and New Zealand citizens are not eligible. Recipients cannot hold a government scholarship or industry sponsorship, and normally cannot hold another ECU scholarship unless ECU approves it.
