This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an eDiscovery Senior Project Manager (Second Shift) based in the United States. As an eDiscovery Senior Project Manager, you will lead complex electronic discovery projects, ensuring that client requirements, legal objectives, and technical workflows are aligned throughout the project lifecycle. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, overseeing project planning, data processing, deliverables, and issue resolution. Working at the intersection of legal services and technology, you will leverage your expertise in Relativity and electronically stored information (ESI) workflows to deliver accurate, efficient, and reliable outcomes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide strategic guidance, and recommend practical solutions to complex project challenges. In addition to managing multiple engagements, you will mentor colleagues and contribute to continuous improvement across project management processes. This fully remote, full-time opportunity is ideal for an experienced eDiscovery professional who thrives in a client-facing role and can work effectively during the second shift, from 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM Central Time.

Lead and manage complex eDiscovery projects from initial client consultation through final delivery, ensuring alignment with legal requirements, business objectives, and technical specifications. Assess client needs, project scope, and objectives to develop tailored solutions that address specific legal, operational, and data management challenges. Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to establish project plans, define deliverables, allocate resources, and set realistic timelines and milestones. Oversee project execution, monitor progress, and ensure deliverables meet established quality standards, deadlines, and client expectations. Serve as the primary client contact, providing regular status updates, progress reports, strategic recommendations, and ongoing consultation throughout the project lifecycle. Provide advanced technical guidance on Relativity processing and related eDiscovery technologies, including data workflows, review processes, analytics, and production requirements. Investigate and resolve technical issues involving hosted or delivered data while safeguarding data integrity, accuracy, and service quality. Analyze complex project challenges, assess alternative approaches, and recommend effective solutions to clients and internal teams. Maintain accurate project documentation, workflow records, client information, and deliverable tracking to support efficient project execution and accountability. Manage multiple concurrent projects, balancing competing priorities while maintaining consistent communication, operational efficiency, and high-quality outcomes. Mentor, coach, and support team members by sharing technical knowledge, strengthening project management capabilities, and promoting best practices. Identify opportunities to improve workflows, standardize processes, and enhance project efficiency through technology adoption and continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain availability during the required second-shift schedule and occasionally outside standard working hours when necessary to meet client commitments and project deadlines. Requirements: Demonstrate substantial experience managing complex eDiscovery projects, including electronic discovery workflows and electronically stored information (ESI) processing. Have proven experience independently managing projects within Relativity, with the ability to oversee technical workflows and troubleshoot project-related challenges. Possess strong client relationship management skills, including experience serving as the primary point of contact and communicating effectively with clients, legal professionals, and internal stakeholders. Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, document review platforms, databases, project management tools, and other relevant business software. Demonstrate excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple concurrent engagements, manage deadlines, and maintain accurate documentation. Have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including the capacity to investigate issues, evaluate alternatives, and develop practical, well-reasoned recommendations. Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts, provide clear project updates, and manage stakeholder expectations. Possess experience leading, mentoring, coaching, or developing team members, with a commitment to knowledge sharing and collaborative success. Be comfortable working independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. Be available to work the required second-shift schedule of 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM Central Time , with occasional additional hours as needed to support client commitments. Preferred qualifications: Experience with advanced Relativity capabilities, including analytics, document review workflows, data processing, and production processes. Familiarity with eDiscovery requirements in litigation, internal investigations, regulatory matters, or other legal proceedings. Experience implementing process improvements, optimizing workflows, and enhancing operational efficiency. Previous experience working with legal service providers, law firms, corporate legal departments, or other organizations involved in complex legal matters. Benefits: Competitive annual salary: $120,000–$140,000, depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications.
