Position Description   For more than 33 years KLD Labs, Inc., has provided innovative machine vision solutions tailored for railway customers' monitoring, measurement, inspection, condition-based maintenance and asset management needs. We are looking to hire Electronic Assemblers for our manufacturing production located in Hauppauge, NY. We are an equal opportunity employer in a stable industry. Responsibilities for our electronic assemblers include: • Detailed soldering and assembly of electro-mechanical components • Harnesses and cables for our production department • Material/manufacturing assembly. • Adjust or repair electrical and manufacturing equipment. • Inspect wiring installations, assemblies, and circuits. Qualifications Required • Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. • Must be fluent in spoken and written English • Experience with manufacturing processes such as Assembly/Wiring/Soldering/Crimping • Must be able to work from written and oral instructions • Highly proficient with industry standard technician and assembly tools Qualifications Desired • Experience working with relevant manufacturing tools such as bandsaw, drill press, hand drill, etc.. • Must be able to read part drawings and schematics • Advanced mechanical assembly experience • Must possess working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, in particular Excel Required Certifications: None U.S. Citizenship Required: No Security Clearance Required: None Employment Type: Temporary Background Check Type: 7 Year Pre-Employment Drug Screen Required: None Position Contingent Upon Contract Award: No       Salary Range $18.64 — $27.07 USD REAL ID Requirement This position may require the ability to access to U.S. federal facilities.
