Full job description

Bosch Car Multimedia team is looking for full-time Admin Intern – Training support working at Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam.

The CM team develops high-quality, state-of-the-art Automotive Head Unit and Home Appliance Linux/Android-based systems. Together with other Bosch locations worldwide, we provide software solutions for navigation, vehicle functions, autonomous driving, camera, and IoT features to the car marker.

Our team also contributes to Bosch smart home & IoT solutions through SW delivery to Home appliance products.

As an Admin Intern – Training support, your typical work activities include:

  • Communicate with internal trainers for each training topic, aligning training schedules, training approach, and training materials.
  • Facilitate the organizing of training courses including scheduling training, reminding participants, checking attendance, sending training materials, etc.
  • Support in organizing off-site training activities including internal training, events, workshops.
  • Gather feedback from trainers and trainees after each educational session.
  • Weekly update and report training completion status.
  • Maintain updated curriculum database training records, reports, and documents as per process requirements.
  • Remind associates to complete training courses on time.
  • Instruct associates on how to register for courses on multiple platforms.
  • Support associates in daily arising topics.
  • Other ad-hoc tasks

Qualifications and requirements

  • Must be undergraduate students with proficient English.
  • Able to work full time in 6 months.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Power Point, etc.)
  • Strong communication skills both in English and Vietnamese and able to communicate across different levels in the organization.
  • Self-motivated, well-organized, careful, hard-working, able to work under pressure and get the job done timely.
  • Proactive, able to handle multi-tasks with appropriate priority.
  • Keen on learning new things to work either independently or in team.
