Support endpoint backup and recovery solutions to help maintain data availability and operational continuity. Identify, assess, prioritize, and remediate endpoint vulnerabilities in collaboration with security teams. Implement and maintain endpoint security baselines, system hardening standards, and compliance controls. Manage software licensing, hardware assets, and associated inventory processes and reporting. Monitor endpoint health and performance through proactive monitoring and alerting tools, identifying opportunities to improve reliability and the digital employee experience. Support and troubleshoot enterprise printing services and related infrastructure. Manage mobile application deployment and support across iOS and Android devices, including mobile device management and Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) programs. Serve as the primary EUC resource for the assigned client account, partnering with stakeholders to resolve technical issues and maintain a consistent, high-quality end-user experience. Requirements At least seven years of experience in End User Computing, Desktop Engineering, Endpoint Management, or a closely related role. Hands-on enterprise experience administering Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM) and Microsoft Intune. Strong knowledge of Windows Autopilot, endpoint provisioning, device configuration, and device lifecycle management. Experience supporting enterprise Windows desktop environments and modern workplace technologies. Understanding of endpoint security best practices, vulnerability management, security baselines, and system hardening. Practical experience with application packaging and deployment, operating system upgrades, and patch management processes. Familiarity with mobile device management (MDM), mobile application deployment, and support for iOS and Android devices. Experience supporting BYOD environments and modern workplace initiatives. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities, with excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while managing priorities and providing dedicated support to a client. Experience with enterprise monitoring and endpoint analytics platforms is an advantage. Relevant Microsoft certifications in endpoint management or modern workplace technologies are desirable. Experience in managed services or dedicated client support environments is beneficial. Familiarity with ITIL processes and IT service management best practices is an asset. Benefits Compensation: $60 per hour. Work arrangement: Remote position. Employment type: Contract.
