This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Endpoint and Device Specialist based in Canada. This role gives you ownership of the endpoint experience across a global, remote-first workforce. You will manage the complete lifecycle of laptops and mobile devices, from procurement and provisioning through secure retirement. You will play a central role in keeping endpoints reliable, secure, compliant, and ready for employees to work effectively from day one. The position sits at the intersection of IT operations, endpoint security, identity management, and employee experience. You will collaborate closely with Information Security to turn security policies into practical, measurable, and auditable device controls. You will also have the opportunity to introduce AI-powered tooling and automation that reduces repetitive work and scales IT support efficiently. This is an excellent opportunity for an endpoint professional who enjoys solving complex problems, improving systems, and taking ownership in a fast-moving technology environment.
