THE MISSION America's industrial base runs on systems built in the 1980s. Billions of dollars in critical components (F-35 parts, industrial assemblies, electronics, bolts, and hoses) still move through email threads, excel sheets, and disconnected ERPs. - 7 figure ARR transacting ~$50M a week through our system THE ROLE You'll lead our Warsaw engineering office, a team of about 10 full-stack engineers building the platform our customers quote and purchase on. You'll own hiring, delivery, and code quality, and you'll still write code. You'll work directly with the founders, our SF team, and our customers.
- Full time, in person in our Warsaw office, five days onsite and one remote. This role runs on a 9-9-6 schedule.
- Lead and grow a team of about 10 engineers.
- Set technical direction for a SaaS product deployed to customers internationally.
- Up to one week of international travel per quarter (SF HQ and customer sites). WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 10+ years of genuine full-stack experience.
- 5+ years leading engineering teams of around 10 people, ideally in Poland.
- You've built and run internationally deployed SaaS.
- You work at the frontier of AI coding and push your team to do the same.
- Fluent English.
- You're comfortable working for founders in their early twenties.
- Series A to C startup experience, client-facing work, or time working outside Poland are all a plus. THE PROCESS Initial call with engineer → Technical screening → Quick call with founder → fly out to SF/Warsaw HQ for onsite (on us) → offer.
