Full job description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Enterprise Account Executive based in the United States. Overview Join a fast-growing healthcare technology company transforming provider credentialing and network monitoring through AI-powered solutions, APIs, and software. As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will drive new business growth by engaging large healthcare organizations and navigating complex enterprise sales cycles. You will own the sales process from initial discovery and product demonstrations through negotiations and deal closure. Working with senior decision-makers and diverse stakeholders, you will communicate compelling value propositions tailored to their business needs. This role offers the opportunity to capture market share in a rapidly evolving industry with significant untapped potential. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to refine sales strategies, respond to market changes, and share insights. If you thrive in a high-growth, remote-first environment that values initiative, accountability, and measurable results, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

Drive enterprise sales: Identify, engage, and convert high-value prospective customers across the healthcare sector, focusing on large and complex enterprise accounts. Manage the full sales cycle: Lead opportunities from prospecting and discovery through product demonstrations, stakeholder alignment, negotiations, and closing. Develop customer relationships: Build trust with senior decision-makers and key stakeholders, understanding their operational challenges and connecting them with relevant solutions. Deliver compelling value propositions: Adapt presentations and sales messaging to different buyer personas, demonstrating the business value of AI-driven credentialing, network monitoring, and technology solutions. Accelerate market penetration: Identify new opportunities, expand market presence, and capitalize on greenfield potential in the healthcare technology market. Navigate complex organizations: Coordinate stakeholders, address objections, and maintain deal momentum between meetings to advance opportunities toward successful outcomes. Collaborate across teams: Share customer feedback, competitive insights, and market intelligence with internal teams to improve sales strategies, refine messaging, and strengthen the overall enterprise sales approach. Own performance and execution: Maintain accountability for sales targets, pipeline development, forecasting, and measurable revenue outcomes while adapting to changing priorities. Requirements Enterprise sales experience: At least 5 years of successful closing experience, including managing deals valued in the six- and seven-figure range. Complex deal management: Demonstrated ability to navigate enterprise sales environments, manage lengthy sales cycles, coordinate multiple stakeholders, and guide organizations toward purchasing decisions. Proven sales performance: A strong track record of meeting or exceeding quotas, supported by clear performance metrics and tangible achievements. Multi-persona selling: Experience selling to diverse stakeholders and tailoring messaging to different roles, priorities, and decision-making criteria. Consultative selling skills: Ability to uncover business challenges, communicate differentiated value propositions, deliver effective product demonstrations, and build relationships with senior executives. Startup mindset: Comfort working in fast-paced, high-growth environments where priorities evolve and individuals are expected to take initiative and make sound decisions independently. Strategic problem-solving: Resourcefulness, creativity, and persistence in finding new ways to overcome obstacles and keep deals progressing outside scheduled customer interactions. Cross-functional collaboration: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a willingness to share knowledge, incorporate feedback, and contribute to team success. Adaptability and ownership: A proactive, results-oriented approach, strong judgment, and the ability to operate effectively amid ambiguity while maintaining high standards of execution. Benefits Competitive compensation: A compensation package that includes startup equity. Comprehensive healthcare: Health, dental, and vision insurance plans. Flexible paid time off: Unlimited PTO to support work-life balance. Remote-first work environment: Fully distributed team with the flexibility to work remotely across the United States and internationally. Technology equipment: New Apple equipment to support your work. Equity participation: Opportunity to share in the company's growth through startup equity. Career growth: The opportunity to contribute directly to a rapidly expanding business and help shape its enterprise sales strategy. High-impact environment: Work alongside a collaborative, ambitious team where initiative, ownership, and measurable contributions are valued.
