Full job description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Enterprise Account Executive (Wind – North America) based in the United States. Join a mission-driven organization advancing renewable energy and sustainable infrastructure through intelligent aerial imaging, inspection technology, and asset intelligence solutions. As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will drive growth across the North American wind energy market by developing new business and expanding strategic enterprise accounts. You will manage the complete sales cycle, from initial discovery and solution development to commercial negotiations and contract execution. Working with wind asset owners, operators, manufacturers, and industry stakeholders, you will identify opportunities to deliver measurable value and build long-term customer partnerships. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions across inspections, software, and asset intelligence. This fully remote opportunity offers significant autonomy, regular customer engagement, and the chance to contribute directly to the renewable energy transition.

Own and grow a portfolio of wind energy customers and prospects across North America, meeting assigned bookings and revenue targets. Develop new customer relationships and expand the organization's presence within existing enterprise accounts. Build strong relationships with stakeholders across operations, engineering, procurement, asset management, and executive leadership. Identify customer needs and recommend solutions across a broad portfolio, including internal and external blade inspections, lightning protection system testing, nacelle inspections, self-perform capabilities, software, and asset intelligence. Identify opportunities beyond individual projects to drive account expansion, recurring revenue, additional inspection services, and multi-year customer partnerships. Develop and execute account strategies for priority customers, including stakeholder mapping, whitespace analysis, and growth planning. Manage the entire sales cycle, including discovery, solution development, pricing, proposals, commercial negotiations, and contract execution. Maintain a healthy short- and long-term sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting, disciplined CRM usage, and clearly defined next steps. Partner with wind business leadership on strategic accounts and opportunities requiring global coordination or executive-level engagement. Collaborate with Operations, Product, Customer Success, Analysis, Marketing, Finance, and Legal to develop solutions and meet customer expectations. Represent the voice of the customer internally by communicating market needs, customer priorities, competitive dynamics, and opportunities for new products or services. Maintain a strong understanding of the North American wind market, industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies. Develop comprehensive knowledge of the product and service portfolio to identify opportunities for broader customer adoption. Represent the organization at customer meetings, conferences, and industry events throughout North America. Travel regularly to meet customers, support strategic opportunities, and participate in relevant industry events. Requirements: 5–10 years of successful B2B sales or account management experience in the wind energy industry or a closely related renewable energy or infrastructure market. Demonstrated success achieving or exceeding revenue targets, developing new business, and expanding complex enterprise relationships. Strong understanding of the wind energy ecosystem, ideally including experience with asset owners, operators, original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), service providers, or other major industry participants. Experience selling technical services, inspection solutions, software-as-a-service (SaaS), asset management technology, or comparable solutions to enterprise customers. Strong consultative and value-based selling skills, with the ability to understand customer workflows, operational challenges, and business priorities. Ability to build credibility and establish relationships with stakeholders ranging from site-level teams to senior executives. Strong commercial judgment and experience with pricing, proposals, procurement processes, and contract negotiations. Proven pipeline management and forecasting capabilities using Salesforce or a comparable customer relationship management (CRM) platform. Excellent communication, problem-solving, organizational, and relationship-management skills. Ability to independently manage an account portfolio in a fast-paced, remote environment while traveling regularly throughout North America. Proficiency with Salesforce, Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, and video conferencing and collaboration tools. Willingness to contribute to an inclusive, collaborative culture and work effectively with geographically distributed teams. Benefits: Annual base salary of $135,000–$150,000 USD, depending on experience, skills, and location within the United States. Commission plan in addition to base salary. Eligibility for stock options. Fully remote, work-from-home environment with flexibility. Multiple medical insurance plans, including options with a Health Savings Account (HSA) and 100% premium coverage for employees and their dependents under qualifying plans. Dental and vision insurance with 100% of premiums covered. Unlimited paid time off, with an emphasis on work-life balance and mental well-being. Autonomy, professional development, and opportunities for career advancement. Inclusive and equitable workplace culture where employees are encouraged to contribute their perspectives. Opportunity to support the transition to renewable energy and more sustainable infrastructure.
