Maintain accurate forecasts and pipeline visibility for renewals and expansion opportunities. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal technical, service delivery, and commercial teams to coordinate customer needs, align proposed solutions with business priorities, and support successful service delivery. Performance and Continuous Improvement: Consistently achieve retention, net revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and account expansion targets while refining account management strategies and identifying opportunities to improve customer outcomes. Requirements Relevant Experience: Demonstrated experience in enterprise account management, customer relationship management, sales, or a related commercial role, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and deliver measurable retention and growth outcomes. Account Growth Expertise: Proven ability to identify expansion opportunities, develop account growth strategies, manage renewals, and increase revenue within an existing customer portfolio. Commercial Acumen: Understanding of recurring revenue models, account profitability, customer retention, and performance-based commercial targets. Organization and Planning: Strong prioritization, account planning, forecasting, and pipeline management skills, with the ability to manage a large portfolio while maintaining accurate records and consistent follow-through. Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to assess account performance, recognize risks and growth opportunities, and use customer insights to make informed commercial decisions. Results Orientation: A proactive, accountable, and structured approach to achieving retention and expansion targets, with motivation to translate strong account management into measurable business results. Adaptability and Teamwork: Willingness to collaborate across departments, adapt to changing customer requirements, embrace continuous learning, and contribute to a customer-first, outcomes-focused culture.
