Build and maintain relationships with senior executives, economic buyers, technical evaluators, and frontline operational leaders, tailoring sales strategies to their priorities and business challenges. Partner closely with a dedicated Solutions Engineer on each deal, leveraging technical expertise to lead discovery sessions, product demonstrations, and evaluations while driving the overall sales process. Navigate complex enterprise sales cycles, address objections, maintain deal momentum, and guide stakeholders toward purchasing decisions. Requirements: You are a results-oriented sales professional who builds trust with senior decision-makers, enjoys complex negotiations, and is motivated by achieving ambitious revenue targets. You combine strong relationship-building skills with the ability to communicate technical value and demonstrate measurable business impact. At least 5 years of closing experience in enterprise sales or complex B2B sales, ideally involving software or technical products. A consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and delivering strong commercial results. Demonstrated experience managing the complete enterprise sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, negotiation, and closing. Strong executive presence and communication skills, with the ability to engage senior leaders and build credibility with technically sophisticated buyers. Ability to develop persuasive value propositions and ROI-based business cases that connect product capabilities to measurable customer outcomes. Experience managing long, complex sales cycles while maintaining momentum and coordinating multiple stakeholders. A proactive, accountable mindset and enthusiasm for owning sales targets and customer relationships. Interest in industrial operations, manufacturing, field services, or utilities. Previous industry experience is welcome but not required. Benefits: Competitive compensation ranging from $120,000 to $140,000, with equity opportunities.
