Partner with internal teams, including Legal, HR, Payroll, Finance, Tax, Product, and Marketing, to address entity-related questions and support business needs. Support business leadership in executing growth strategies, including the establishment of entities and registrations in new jurisdictions. Manage entity-related projects from planning through completion, ensuring deliverables meet agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Track project performance, compliance status, risks, expenditure, and other key metrics, producing accurate and timely management reports. Manage relationships with external counsel and third-party service providers, monitor service quality, and ensure expenditure remains within approved budgets. Identify, escalate, and resolve governance or compliance issues proactively, recommending practical solutions to minimize risk. Review and improve entity management procedures, controls, and methodologies to strengthen data integrity, operational efficiency, and consistency. Uphold high standards of integrity, transparency, confidentiality, and accountability in all business interactions. Requirements: Two to four years of experience working with corporate entities, entity administration, or related governance and compliance activities. Solid knowledge of corporate governance, legal entity structures, company incorporation, and ongoing entity maintenance. Experience working in a global business environment and coordinating activities across multiple jurisdictions or international teams. Demonstrated ability to manage external service providers, including legal counsel, and coordinate deliverables against deadlines and expectations. Strong project management skills, including the ability to monitor timelines, budgets, risks, and performance metrics. Experience handling escalations, diagnosing problems, developing solutions, and overseeing the implementation of recommendations. Strong analytical, decision-making, prioritization, and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail. Ability to manage high volumes of process-driven work while balancing competing priorities and strict regulatory deadlines. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to collaborate with business leaders, senior management, internal partners, and external providers. Ability to influence stakeholders, build trusted relationships, resolve conflicts, and gain alignment across teams. Familiarity with compliance reporting, corporate documentation, financial controls, and continuous process improvement. A high degree of integrity, accountability, adaptability, organization, and professional judgment. Benefits: Remote-first flexibility: A flexible work approach that supports different working styles while maintaining high standards of performance. Paid bonding leave: Time off to bond with a new family member. Charitable leave: Two days dedicated to supporting causes and charitable activities you care about. Reward and recognition: Programs that recognize achievements and contributions to company values.
