The programme provides approximately USD 150,000 in seed funding through partner funders, a salaried GovAI position, mentorship, introductions to funders and potential co-founders, access to GovAI's research community and possible fiscal-sponsorship support. GovAI takes no equity in organizations emerging from the programme. Typical annual compensation is GBP 70,000 to GBP 113,500 for London-based candidates and USD 80,000 to USD 180,000 for Washington-based candidates, with location agreed case by case.
