Support business development: Contribute to proposals, technical approaches, cost estimates, and profitability planning while identifying follow-on opportunities and expanding existing client relationships. Maintain financial accountability: Support timely invoicing, accounts receivable management, cost control, and achievement of project financial targets. Mentor and develop talent: Coach junior environmental professionals, task managers, and emerging project managers while promoting a culture of safety, collaboration, technical excellence, and continuous improvement. Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, Geological Engineering, Geology, Environmental Science, or a related discipline.
