Full job description
- Process documentation
- Arrange internal meeting
- Follow-up open request
- Support in interview process, training, and on-boarding, off-boarding process
- Support in reporting
- Coordinate with all stakeholders ensuring an accurate data and follow process
- Other tasks if required
Qualifications and requirements
- 4th-year-student with major in BA, HR, English Commercial
- Interested to work in Admin/ Secretary tasks
- Internship Model: Full-time or at least 4 days/week
- Official university recommendation letter with the university stamp (mandatory). This document will be required after you successfully pass Bosch's interview process.
- Good English skills (speaking and writing)
- Good knowledge of administration (word, excel, power point …)
- No working experiences required, although students with dynamic experience in school/social activities will have big advantage
- Enjoy working with numbers and spreadsheet
- Personal Skills, Time Management skill, Task management skill
- Hard working, enthusiasm, dynamic, self-confidence to meet deadlines
- Well organized, detail-oriented and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
