A bachelor's degree in health, science, business, information technology, informatics, or a related field, or at least five years of relevant experience supporting clinical, ancillary, or business environments in lieu of a degree. Active Epic Cogito certification or accreditation. Strong knowledge of clinical information systems, healthcare informatics, data management, and reporting. Demonstrated experience implementing, developing, and supporting information systems within a large-scale healthcare organization. Hands-on experience with Epic report development, configuration, testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and ongoing support. Experience supporting reporting projects involving multiple applications, departments, or stakeholder groups. Strong collaboration skills when working with clinical, operational, IT, Epic application, and data warehouse teams. Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills. Ability to manage priorities and deliver reporting solutions independently in a complex, fast-paced healthcare environment. Experience supporting major electronic health record (EHR) implementations, configurations, upgrades, or optimization initiatives. Additional Epic certifications, accreditations, or proficiencies in related applications or reporting technologies. Experience developing reports across multiple functional areas, particularly revenue cycle, clinical, and operational reporting.
