The Robert Schuman Centre at the European University Institute is accepting applications for up to 20 Jean Monnet Fellowships for established postdoctoral researchers of any nationality in 2027–28.

Jean Monnet Fellowships run for one year from September 2027 through August 2028. The current basic grant is €2,850 per month, with a reduced minimum of €2,100 where other income applies under EUI rules; family allowances may also be available. The deadline is 23 October 2026 at 14:00 CEST.
Eligibility requirements
Applicants of any nationality must have obtained their PhD before 1 September 2022 and propose research that fits the Robert Schuman Centre's main research themes. Applicants must meet the official EUI application and language requirements.
