- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, sales, and marketing to ship quickly and iterate.
- Track and own the metrics that matter: adoption, retention, and revenue.
- Operate with maximum autonomy, running experiments and making calls as if you are running your own company. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 3 or more years as a founder or commercial product owner who has built and launched B2B SaaS products end-to-end from the commercial side.
- Proven ownership of commercial success metrics including adoption, retention, and revenue for a product.
- Experience defining positioning, pricing strategy, and go-to-market strategy for B2B products.
- Strong commercial instinct with the ability to think in terms of markets, customers, and revenue.

- Bonus: experience with AI products, conversational AI, or voice technology.
- Bonus: experience scaling B2B SaaS products from early stage to large customer bases. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Salary range: 100,000 to 150,000 EUR annually.
