Are you a resourceful, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? As an Executive Assistant at AWS, you will serve as a trusted partner to multiple directors on a fast-paced team that drive the marketing strategy of AWS. You will manage complex calendars, coordinate logistics, and help keep operations running smoothly so your leaders can focus on top business priorities.

Key job responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars and scheduling for multiple directors, proactively resolving conflicts and ensuring time is aligned with strategic priorities.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and process expense reports in compliance with company guidelines.
  • Plan and execute team events, off-sites, and engagement activities that strengthen team culture and collaboration across the organization.
  • Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and workflows for your leaders and their teams.

Basic Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of senior level leadership support, or 1+ years of Amazon experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
  • Experience with executive level calendar management

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company
  • Experience managing multiple calendars

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location. Amazon also offers comprehensive benefits including health insurance (medical, dental, vision, prescription, Basic Life & AD&D insurance and option for Supplemental life plans, EAP, Mental Health Support, Medical Advice Line, Flexible Spending Accounts, Adoption and Surrogacy Reimbursement coverage), 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave.
