FACILITIES COORDINATOR, GROUND OPERATIONS - CAMARILLO, CA The Facilities Coordinator will lead and oversee teams in our Camarillo office and on-site aviation facilities. You will serve as a subject matter expert on delivering meaningful workplace experiences, programs and services for our Skyryse team and managing seamless in-office and hangar operations as we continue to grow. RESPONSIBILITIES: Serve as the primary point of contact for all building maintenance requests, escalating issues as needed to ensure timely resolution. Manage, maintain, and implement day-to-day operations of site activities, including oversight of FBO functions. Build and maintain strong relationships with 3rd party vendors, landlords, and aviation partners. Ensure adherence to lease compliance, insurance requirements, and claims processes. Lead projects from scoping through completion, managing timelines, budgets, and any changes along the way. Perform other duties as assigned. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 5+ years of professional experience in facilities management, preferably with exposure to aviation or FBO environments. Experience developing and managing workplace tools, systems, and improvements. Experience in office renovation, headcount/spatial planning, maintenance needs, and knowledge of workplace experience programs. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Experience working in an airport setting/hangar, including familiarity with FBO operations, ground support equipment (GSE), and aviation service standard. Strong project management and time management skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Workplace Tools & Spatial planning exposure. Understanding of Operations and Maintenance. Salary Range: $80,000 - $95,000 Valuable stock option plan. Heavily subsidized medical, dental and vision plans. The posted salary range reflects the potential base pay for this role, adjusted to account for varying geographic markets. Final compensation will be based on factors such as your location, job-related skills, experience, and internal alignment, including equity and benefits.
