ABOUT THE ROLE Join the forward deployed engineering team at a fintech company working in business identity and compliance. You will be the technical bridge between customers and product teams, helping customers implement integrations successfully and feeding practical insights back into the product. WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Help customers implement and use the product, from onboarding through rollout.
- Serve as the technical point of contact for integrations and troubleshoot issues in production.
- Scope customer requirements and recommend scalable implementation approaches.
- Work with product, engineering, and growth teams to identify and resolve friction in implementation workflows.
- Improve technical documentation, tooling, and processes to make future implementations smoother. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- At least 4 to 5 years of relevant experience, including 3 or more years in a customer-facing technical role such as field engineering, solutions engineering, technical support, or implementation.
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting production integrations and working with REST APIs, webhooks, or event-driven systems.
- Production experience with Node.js, TypeScript, or JavaScript, plus relational databases such as PostgreSQL and integration data modeling.
- Experience scoping technical requirements with customers and writing customer-facing technical documentation.
- Expertise in KYB, KYC, AML, regulated onboarding, or a related compliance domain. Fintech product experience in onboarding or identity is also relevant.
- Clear communication, strong problem-solving skills, and comfort working across technical and customer teams in ambiguous situations.
- Experience with cloud platforms, containers, orchestration, or message queues is a plus. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Annual base salary ranges from EUR 93,000 to EUR 146,000, depending on level. Visa sponsorship is not available. LOCATION Remote within European time zones. The primary location is Amsterdam, North Holland, Netherlands.
