About the Role As a Field Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in providing top-tier support to our customers while contributing to the success of our cutting-edge medical technology. Customer Support Excellence: As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the frontline representative for our customers. You will provide both phone and on-site support, addressing technical queries, resolving issues, and ensuring our customers' needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.

Device Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Your expertise in monitoring and troubleshooting the Circadia tablet will be essential to maintain smooth operations and promptly address any technical challenges that arise.

Device Installation and Coordination: You will actively participate in the installation process of the Circadia C100 devices at designated healthcare facilities. This will involve collaborating with contracted vendors to ensure seamless and efficient installation.

Hands-on Device Maintenance and IT Setup: You will be responsible for routine hands-on maintenance, IT setup, and configuration of medical equipment. Your technical prowess will contribute to the smooth functioning of our devices, optimizing their performance for our customers.

Basic IT Networking Knowledge: A solid understanding of basic IT networking, including Wi-Fi VLAN configuration, will enable you to troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues, ensuring seamless connectivity for our devices.

Equipment Mounting and Installation: Utilizing your expertise with power tools and equipment, you will perform precise mounting and installation of our medical devices, ensuring they are securely in place for optimal functionality.

Asset Management: You will diligently audit and maintain an asset management list, ensuring accurate records of all devices and equipment.

Adaptability and Fast-Paced Environment: You thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and can handle multiple tasks with precision and composure, ensuring our customers' needs are promptly met.

High school diploma or equivalent; technical/vocational training a plus

1+ years of experience in a field service, IT support, or technical customer support role

Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical users, both by phone and in person

Hands-on troubleshooting experience with hardware/devices, ideally tablets or similar electronic equipment

Basic understanding of IT networking fundamentals (Wi-Fi, VLAN configuration) sufficient to diagnose and resolve connectivity issues

Comfortable using power tools and performing physical installation/mounting work

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with experience maintaining accurate records or asset/inventory logs

Ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment

Valid driver's license and ability to travel to healthcare facility sites as needed

Ability to lift and carry equipment (specify weight, e.g., up to 25-50 lbs) and perform installation work that may include reaching, bending, or working at heights

Prior experience installing or maintaining medical or healthcare-related equipment

Experience coordinating with third-party vendors or contractors

Bilingual (English/Spanish) - a plus given the Los Angeles market
