ABOUT THE ROLE Lead group consolidation and financial reporting across multiple entities, working closely with the finance leadership team. You will help ensure accurate consolidated reporting while building efficient processes that can scale with a growing pharmaceutical business. WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Design and improve consolidation workflows, including intercompany reconciliations, eliminations, and capital and debt consolidation.
  • Consolidate group entities' financial statements and support preparation of partial or full consolidated financial statements, including plausibility checks and financial analysis.
  • Prepare and comment on budget-versus-actual analyses at standalone and consolidated levels.
  • Analyze complex balance sheet and profit and loss structures, and support group reporting.
  • Advise group entities on harmonizing accounting and tax treatments.
  • Continuously improve consolidation and reporting processes for accuracy and efficiency. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • At least 3 years of experience in group accounting or consolidation, with hands-on consolidation work across multiple entities; the expected experience range is 3 to 7 years.
  • A degree in business administration, accounting, or finance focused on HGB or IFRS reporting standards, or an equivalent professional qualification.
  • Hands-on experience with consolidation software such as LucaNet, including intercompany reconciliations and eliminations.
  • Experience across accounting or controlling and group consolidation, including consolidated financial statements, variance analysis, and complex financial structures.
  • Fluent German at C1 level or higher and professional English at C1 level.
  • Microsoft Dynamics and DATEV experience are beneficial. Experience in audit, a group finance function, or a growing business is also beneficial. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Annual salary range: €55,000 to €80,000. Visa sponsorship information was not provided. LOCATION On-site in Munich, Germany.
