This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Finance Systems Integration Engineer based in the United States. We are looking for a Finance Systems Integration Engineer to drive the integration and optimization of accounting systems across a growing portfolio of partner organizations. This role combines technical expertise in NetSuite ERP with a strong understanding of accounting operations and financial process automation. You will develop and maintain integrations between NetSuite and leading Professional Services Automation (PSA) platforms, ensuring reliable data flows and streamlined workflows. Working closely with finance, systems, and IT services teams, you will help standardize processes, strengthen financial controls, and support successful partner onboarding. You will also contribute to system migrations, billing automation, and reconciliation initiatives that improve operational efficiency. This is an opportunity to make a tangible impact in a fully remote, cross-functional environment collaborating with teams across the United States and India.
In this role, you will lead the technical implementation and ongoing support of financial systems integrations, helping establish scalable and consistent accounting processes across multiple organizations. Design, develop, and maintain integrations between NetSuite and PSA platforms, including Autotask, ConnectWise Manage, and HaloPSA, to automate billing and procurement workflows. Build, deploy, and support NetSuite automations using SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, Suitelet, and RESTlet technologies. Maintain integration frameworks using Catalyst and custom API code, monitoring data synchronization and resolving workflow errors. Configure and administer NetSuite modules for billing, invoicing, and purchasing, ensuring systems operate reliably and efficiently. Manage user roles, permissions, and internal controls to safeguard financial data integrity and support compliance. Oversee NetSuite release updates and adapt integrations to changes in APIs, features, and platform functionality. Support data migration, transformation, and reconciliation during partner onboarding and system integration projects. Translate business and accounting requirements into scalable technical solutions, including recurring billing, purchase order automation, and reconciliation workflows. Contribute to the implementation of accounting automation strategies and standardized operational processes across the platform. Collaborate with accounting, systems, and IT services partner teams to coordinate integration testing, deployments, and issue resolution. Develop technical documentation and provide training, walkthroughs, and ongoing support to finance and operations teams. Requirements: The ideal candidate combines advanced NetSuite technical skills with practical accounting systems knowledge, strong analytical abilities, and the capacity to collaborate effectively across technical and financial functions. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. At least 5 years of combined experience in NetSuite administration and accounting systems integration. Deep technical expertise in NetSuite ERP, including configuration, administration, and workflow optimization. Proven experience developing automations with SuiteScript 2.0 and SuiteFlow. Proficiency in JavaScript and familiarity with REST and SOAP APIs. Experience integrating NetSuite with PSA platforms such as Autotask, ConnectWise Manage, or HaloPSA. Hands-on experience with data migration, transformation, synchronization, and reconciliation. Practical understanding of accounting operations, particularly billing, invoicing, purchasing, and related financial workflows. Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions that improve process efficiency and scalability. Strong project management, documentation, troubleshooting, and organizational skills. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to bridge technical and accounting teams. Ability to collaborate effectively with distributed teams across the United States and India. Benefits: Annual compensation ranging from $125,000 to $160,000. Fully remote work arrangement. Full-time employment. Opportunity to contribute to finance systems integration, accounting automation, and operational improvement across a growing portfolio of businesses. Cross-functional collaboration with finance, technology, and operations teams in the United States and India.
