Support the development of reliable financial information to strengthen planning, decision-making, and accountability across the organisation. Work with internal stakeholders to understand business performance and translate financial findings into clear, practical recommendations. Advanced Excel skills and the ability to work confidently with complex financial data. Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence and data visualisation tools is an advantage. CPA or CA qualification, or progress towards professional accreditation, is beneficial. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail, with the ability to identify trends and communicate meaningful insights. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to explain financial information clearly to both finance and non-finance colleagues. A collaborative, proactive approach and the ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic business environment. A genuine commitment to child safety, wellbeing, equity, diversity, and inclusion, with alignment to values centred on care, quality, service, and value. Willingness to complete required pre-employment screening, including working-with-children checks where applicable, identity and qualification verification, work-rights checks, references, and mandatory child safety training.
