Key job responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial and operational reports that inform business decisions, ensuring data accuracy and completeness by cross-checking against multiple sources.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses and develop financial models to surface trends, identify root causes behind performance variances, and present recommendations to business partners.
• Support weekly and monthly financial close processes, planning cycles, and forecasting activities while continuously improving reporting tools and workflows.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to collect inputs, validate assumptions, and ensure key decision data is accurate, automated, and timely.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes through automation and generative AI tools, create standard operating procedures, and support knowledge transfer within the team.

A day in the life You will start your day reviewing dashboards and reports, checking for data discrepancies and investigating any anomalies. From there, you might build a new analysis to help a business partner understand cost drivers or prepare materials for an upcoming planning review. Expect to collaborate regularly with teammates and stakeholders across finance and operations, whether refining a financial model or brainstorming ways to automate a manual process. Basic Qualifications

• 1+ years of finance experience
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or a highly analytical field (e.g., Engineering, Math, and Computer Science)

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience
• Experience in TM1, Data Warehouse and SQL

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
