You Will: Supervise the financial operations of selected foreign subsidiaries.  Maintain daily contact with local finance staff and external accounting offices. Provide financial support and guidance to business managers.  Oversee financial processes of subsidiaries, including providing financial data, operating reporting and processing systems. Manage accounts receivable and evaluate credit risk.  Control and forecast cash flow, alongside overseeing payment management.  Prepare financial data for consolidation in financial reporting and management. Assist in developing and implementing procedures and systems to support financial and accounting processes within the Capital Group. Prepare financial analyses, reports and forecasts. Collaborate with the central finance team, business departments, profit center managers, and the Board of Directors. Lead, mentor, and direct a small team. Desired Experience: University degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field. 5+ years of experience in finance, controlling or auditing. Proficiency in accounting and corporate finance. Strong skills in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, particularly spreadsheets. Excellent knowledge of financial reporting principles. Proficient in English. Familiarity with IFRS. Preferred: working knowledge of tax law. Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills. Desired traits: initiative, meticulousness, attention to detail and logical thinking.
