Serve as a resource person for financing files, providing guidance and sharing expertise with colleagues and relevant partners. Perform variable credit controls as required to monitor compliance with financing conditions and established risk management practices. Conduct periodic reviews of financing files to assess changes in client circumstances, identify emerging risks, and determine whether existing financing arrangements remain appropriate. Apply current internal policies, procedures, professional standards, and applicable legislation governing the distribution of financial products and services. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners involved in financing files to facilitate effective communication, sound analysis, and timely decisions. Contribute to risk prevention and portfolio oversight by identifying potential issues and recommending appropriate follow-up measures. Exercise sound judgment when handling moderately complex files, ensuring recommendations are consistent, well-supported, and aligned with business objectives. Requirements A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, economics, or another related field. At least two years of relevant professional experience in financing analysis, credit assessment, financial services, or a related discipline. Equivalent combinations of education and relevant professional experience may also be considered. Ability to develop well-supported financing recommendations, evaluate guarantee requirements, and establish appropriate monitoring conditions. Understanding of credit risk management principles, financing policies, and regulatory requirements applicable to financial products and services. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage financing files of moderate complexity with accuracy and sound judgment. Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work productively with colleagues and stakeholders involved in financing decisions. Customer-focused approach, business awareness, and the ability to balance client needs with responsible risk management.
