ABOUT THE ROLE Join a customer implementations team at a healthcare workflow automation startup, where you will build and maintain automation workflows for healthcare operations. You will connect customer needs with product capabilities, helping teams automate complex processes and sharing practical feedback that informs product improvements. WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead customer engagements from proof of concept through kickoff, building and delivering workflows with natural language and AI-enabled tools.
- Work with healthcare operations teams to understand their procedures and translate ambiguous needs into clear automation requirements.
- Manage several implementations at once and monitor production workflows, investigating and resolving failures as customer systems change.
- Build trust with customer stakeholders and take ownership of ongoing implementation relationships.
- Share recurring issues, edge cases, and customer feedback with engineering to help shape product priorities. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing implementation, solutions, customer success, operations, consulting, or similar role.
- Experience owning multiple customer projects or implementations simultaneously, ideally at an early-stage startup.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Claude, Codex, or similar, and comfort learning no-code or low-code automation platforms.
- Familiarity with browser automation, APIs, SQL, or developer tools.
- Healthcare, health tech, or revenue cycle management experience, plus strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Annual salary range: $150,000 to $200,000. Visa sponsorship is not available. LOCATION On-site in San Francisco, California.
