ABOUT THE ROLE Join the go-to-market and operations teams at an AI procurement software startup, turning business needs into useful internal tools and automations. This hands-on role helps teams work more efficiently by removing manual processes and quickly delivering practical software. WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Turn requests from sales, business development, and deployment teams into shipped tools and automations.
- Spot recurring manual workflows and proactively automate them.
- Scope, build, test, and ship end-to-end solutions using AI coding tools, with minimal engineering hand-holding.
- Move between projects such as reporting automations and internal sales tools, prioritizing the work that unblocks the business fastest.
- Communicate trade-offs clearly and document solutions so teammates can use and maintain them. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- A fresh graduate or early-career candidate with up to two years of professional experience.
- Experience independently delivering working software with AI coding tools and automating recurring workflows through code.
- Ability to scope and ship internal tools, work across teams and stakeholders, and document solutions for others.
- Comfort working through ambiguity, strong prioritization skills, and curiosity about commercial and operational workflows.
- Fluent English; German is a plus. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Competitive salary and meaningful equity are offered. LOCATION Full-time, on-site in Berlin, Germany.
