ABOUT THE ROLE Join the product team at a seed-stage conversational AI startup, working directly with the CTO on product strategy, customer insights, and hiring. You will help shape voice AI products by connecting customer needs with market opportunities and emerging AI techniques. WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Analyze customer data and feedback to identify and prioritize high-impact product problems.
- Conduct customer interviews to understand user needs, workflows, and pain points.
- Research market opportunities and competitors to inform product strategy.
- Test and evaluate AI models, prompting techniques, and voice AI approaches.
- Triage incoming product feedback and assess which issues warrant engineering effort.
- Support the CTO with recruiting and evaluating engineering candidates. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- A strong technical background and hands-on experience building or shipping products.
- Experience working with AI or voice AI systems, or testing and evaluating AI models and prompting techniques.
- Experience interviewing customers and using customer data and feedback to guide product decisions.
- Experience conducting competitive research and contributing to product strategy.
- Some experience participating in engineering hiring or technical candidate evaluation.
- Clear written and verbal communication, structured problem-solving, and a high level of ownership.
- Product judgment, commercial awareness, and comfort working in a fast-moving, experimental environment, ideally with B2C products or platforms.
- Curiosity about AI and openness to direct feedback. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Visa sponsorship is not available. LOCATION This is a full-time, on-site role in Berlin, Germany.
