ABOUT THE ROLE Join a seed-stage AI communications SaaS company as its founding Account Executive for the US market. Working closely with the founders and a cross-functional team, you will win early customers, validate the go-to-market approach, and build a repeatable sales motion. WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead the initial US launch by developing localized landing pages, messaging, and basic demand-generation tracking with marketing support.
- Run discovery calls and product demonstrations, close early deals, and turn market learnings into a repeatable sales playbook.
- Identify and activate partner channels, including pitching partners and enabling co-selling.
- Onboard and support early customers, gathering feedback to improve the product and positioning.
- Collaborate with the founders and teams across marketing and technology to execute and iterate quickly.
- Grow into the primary US market owner, with the potential to hire and lead a local team. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Approximately 2 to 15 years of experience, including work as a founder or operator, or in sales, business development, partnerships, or growth at a high-growth SaaS startup.
- Native English fluency and experience building and running early-stage go-to-market efforts for the US, from prospecting and closing through establishing a repeatable sales process.
- Experience with customer onboarding and support, localized marketing content, demand-generation analytics, and partner or co-selling programs.
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot and sales analytics for tracking funnel performance.
- Experience in a small, fast-moving startup, collaborating across functions. Background selling AI or SaaS solutions to US small and midsize businesses is relevant.
- Willingness to work from Vienna, Austria for 3 to 6 months for onboarding and kickoff. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Annual salary range: $100,000 to $150,000 USD. Visa sponsorship is not available. LOCATION On-site in the United States, with an initial 3 to 6 months in Vienna, Austria for onboarding and kickoff. Relocation or a remote setup may be possible afterward.
