ABOUT THE ROLE Join an early-stage team building the outbound sales function for an AI-powered legal services business. You will own pipeline generation from prospecting through qualified opportunities and help shape how the business reaches startups and other fast-moving companies. WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Run high-volume outbound campaigns across email, phone, and LinkedIn to generate qualified pipeline.
- Identify and qualify prospects, reach decision-makers, and book meetings through cold outreach.
- Own sales opportunities from sourcing through qualification and contribute to revenue outcomes.
- Use prospect and performance feedback to improve messaging, targeting, and outbound processes.
- Look for practical ways to improve the speed, quality, and scale of pipeline generation. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- One to two years of sales experience at a high-growth startup, with a record of meeting or exceeding quota.
- Experience running high-volume outbound campaigns and converting cold prospects into qualified meetings.
- Experience prospecting and selling to startups, founders, or operations buyers.
- Strong written and verbal communication, particularly in cold emails, messages, and follow-ups.
- Experience qualifying leads, identifying decision-makers, and improving sales processes based on performance feedback.
- A high level of ownership, organization, resilience, and resourcefulness in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Experience building outbound sales functions or working in legal technology, contract management, or legal services is helpful.
- Comfort working at an intense pace with high performance standards. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Annual salary range: $80,000 to $100,000. Visa sponsorship is not available. LOCATION On-site in San Francisco, California.
