This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Founding Engineer – Full-Stack Generalist based in India. This is a senior/staff-level individual contributor opportunity for a hands-on engineer who will become the first in-house engineering hire for an AI-native professional services automation platform. You’ll own the product end-to-end across frontend, backend, cloud infrastructure, releases, and AI capabilities. The role combines technical autonomy with meaningful product influence, requiring you to make pragmatic decisions about what to preserve, improve, isolate, or replace. You’ll work closely with technical and non-technical founders in a fast-moving environment where ambiguity and ownership are part of the job. Your work will directly shape platform reliability, security, scalability, and customer experience. As the company grows, you may also help shape the first engineering team around the platform.
