ABOUT THE ROLE Join the engineering team at an early-stage AI company in the logistics sector. You will shape the product and technical direction through hands-on full-stack development, production AI experimentation, and ownership of critical systems. WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Design, build, and maintain critical product features across the stack.
  • Develop reliable tools that help logistics users work more efficiently.
  • Evaluate, benchmark, and fine-tune AI capabilities for accuracy in real-world workflows.
  • Experiment with models, frameworks, and agentic techniques, then ship and improve promising approaches using data and user feedback.
  • Improve complex legacy code and build scalable infrastructure and automation for data and AI workloads.
  • Collaborate closely with a small team as a hands-on, high-ownership contributor. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • Typically 2 to 3 years of professional experience, though relevant projects or other evidence of ability can also qualify.
  • Strong full-stack engineering experience, including hands-on backend product development and work across cloud environments.
  • Fluency in Python; familiarity with Go is a plus.
  • Practical experience building or integrating AI/ML systems, including benchmarking, fine-tuning, and running LLM experiments in production.
  • Evidence of building robust production systems, engineering for scale, and working with complex codebases.
  • Strong computer science fundamentals, self-discipline, adaptability, and clear spoken English for technical discussions.
  • Startup or entrepreneurial experience is preferred. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Annual salary range: €60,000 to €90,000. Equity participation is available. Visa sponsorship is not available. LOCATION On-site in Munich, Bavaria, Germany. Candidates must be willing to work on-site or relocate.
