ABOUT THE ROLE Join an early-stage enterprise AI team building agents that automate complex system implementations and integrations. You will own top-of-funnel growth, build the systems that make pipeline generation repeatable, and contribute to early marketing and sales. WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Define target customers and build outbound campaigns, including prospect lists, sequences, and cold-calling efforts.
- Set up and improve CRM, enrichment, routing, sequencing, and reporting systems to create a repeatable pipeline engine.
- Generate qualified conversations through outbound outreach, events, professional networks, and other effective channels.
- Create early marketing initiatives across content, product launches, and developer communities.
- Lead discovery calls and product demonstrations, with the opportunity to grow into full-cycle sales and team leadership. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- At least 2 years in a GTM role such as SDR, BDR, AE, growth, or GTM engineering at a startup or high-growth B2B company.
- A track record of building outbound pipeline and delivering measurable results.
- Experience engaging technical buyers and selling or marketing technical products such as enterprise software, APIs, infrastructure, or data platforms.
- Hands-on experience with CRM and GTM automation tools such as Clay, Apollo, HubSpot, Instantly, or n8n, or comparable platforms.
- Experience defining an ideal customer profile, creating GTM systems from scratch, and conducting cold outreach.
- Fluency in written and spoken German and English, plus a clear signal of achievement through work, education, sport, or a project you built.
- Full-cycle sales experience or progression toward closing deals is helpful, as is familiarity with ERP, CRM, or data platforms. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Annual salary range: €80,000 to €140,000. Visa sponsorship is not available. LOCATION This is an on-site role in Munich, Bavaria, Germany, five days per week.
