About the Role

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

At least 3 years of experience designing and shipping consumer or B2B digital products end to end.

An accessible portfolio with relevant product design work, shipped examples, and a clear account of the problem-solving process.

Experience creating design systems, standards, and documentation for teams to use.

Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD for high-fidelity mockups and prototypes.

Experience collaborating directly with product and engineering teams, and iterating designs in response to user feedback.

Startup or fractional design experience is helpful, as is familiarity with HTML and CSS.
Location
Remote within the DACH region.
