Up to seven Fulbright grants for eligible U.S. students to pursue a one-year master's degree at an Israeli institution in the 2027–2028 academic year.

The award length varies from 9–12 months by programme. Official benefits include full tuition for the MA degree paid directly to the institution, a $23,800 living stipend, up to $1,200 reimbursement of airfare expenses, and limited health insurance for the grantee.
Eligibility requirements
Applicants must be U.S. citizens eligible for the Fulbright U.S. Student Program and be at bachelor's level or hold one master's degree while seeking a second in a different field. Only one-year master's programmes are eligible under this award.
