We need a Fulfillment Brand Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of brand partners through best-in-class logistics and fulfillment strategies. You'll serve as the primary liaison between Pattern's fulfillment partners and our logistics infrastructure — overseeing daily marketplace operations with a sharp focus on inventory management, order flow, and operational excellence. This is a full-time role that works a hybrid schedule based in Lehi, UT.

Serve as the primary point of contact for brand partners using Pattern's 3PL services, managing day-to-day logistics inquiries and fulfillment operations across Amazon, Walmart, and Shopify. Oversee partner onboarding into Pattern's 3PL systems, ensuring seamless integration across multiple online retail platforms. Monitor account health metrics including inventory flow, shipping accuracy, and fulfillment speed — proactively identifying and resolving operational gaps before they impact partners. Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations and Advertising teams to ensure optimal inventory levels and product readiness for promotional campaigns. Develop strategic business plans focused on scaling partner accounts through operational efficiencies and Pattern's distribution network. Gather and organize logistics data to deliver meaningful supply chain performance insights to brand partners. Regularly evaluate the competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities through supply chain improvements and efficient fulfillment models.

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field required. Experience leading logistics, fulfillment, or supply chain efforts — 3PL or high-stakes logistics environment preferred. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Drive for data analysis and reporting. Outstanding analytical and data management skills — you can look at operational data and quickly identify what needs the most attention. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for managing high-stakes partner relationships. Self-motivated, proactive, and highly organized with strong attention to detail and high ethical standards. Familiarity with Amazon (FBA/FBM) or other marketplace fulfillment requirements is a plus.

You take full ownership of your portfolio — partners feel your proactive presence before issues arise, not after. You translate complex logistics data into clear, actionable insights that drive measurable improvements in fulfillment performance. You resolve partner requests with professionalism and urgency, consistently exceeding SLA expectations. You identify process gaps and build systems to close them — continuously improving how goods move through Pattern's network. You follow through on every commitment, communicate proactively when priorities shift, and hold yourself accountable to results.

This role is an excellent launchpad into senior account management, operations leadership, or supply chain strategy. You'll build deep expertise in 3PL operations, marketplace fulfillment, and cross-functional collaboration within a high-growth team. Pattern's fulfillment business is still being built — which means early contributors have outsized opportunities to grow with the team, take on leadership responsibility, and shape how the function operates long-term.

First 30 days: Broad Pattern onboarding and fulfillment education — ask lots of questions, learn the systems, meet the team, and develop a deep understanding of the business. First 60 days: Get into the tools yourself — take on a portfolio of brand partners, begin managing day-to-day operations independently, and identify your first improvement opportunities. First 90 days: Fully ramped and self-sufficient — managing your portfolio proactively, delivering meaningful insights to partners, and contributing to the team's operational goals.
