As a Full Stack Developer you will be responsible for; Leading the design, development, and deployment of scalable cloud-based software platforms supporting data-intensive and AI-enabled applications. Driving architecture decisions, technical strategy, and software engineering best practices across complex enterprise systems. Building and optimizing secure, reliable, and high-performance backend services, APIs, and distributed applications. Collaborating closely with product managers, software engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions. Leading code reviews, establishing development standards, and promoting software quality, maintainability, and scalability. Developing cloud-native solutions utilizing modern infrastructure, automation, and Infrastructure-as-Code technologies. Designing and implementing integrations with external systems, platforms, and data sources. Ensuring compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements when handling sensitive data. Mentoring engineers and providing technical leadership across multiple projects and teams. Driving continuous improvement initiatives focused on system reliability, operational excellence, and engineering efficiency. Qualifications; Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field. 10+ years of software development experience building enterprise-scale applications and platforms. Strong experience with AWS cloud services and cloud-native application development. Proficiency in Python and experience with Java, TypeScript, or other modern programming languages. Experience designing and implementing scalable software architectures and distributed systems. Strong understanding of API development, system integrations, and microservices architectures. Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform. Knowledge of software security, data privacy, and compliance best practices. Experience working with large, complex datasets and highly regulated environments preferred. AWS Solutions Architect certification or similar cloud certification preferred. Experience within healthcare, life sciences, medical technology, or other regulated industries preferred. Excellent communication, technical leadership, problem-solving, and mentoring abilities. Location; Remote within the United States. Must be available to collaborate with teams across multiple U.S. time zones.
