Full-Time Mental Health PHP Therapist

Location: High Focus Centers – Pottstown, PA Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM | In-Person Compensation: $53,000–$55,000 per year, based on experience and credentials

Join Our Adult & Adolescent PHP Programs

We are currently seeking compassionate and motivated Full-Time Mental Health PHP Therapists to join our Adult and Adolescent Partial Hospitalization Programs in Pottstown. We have opportunities supporting both populations, and candidates may be considered based on their experience, interests, and program needs.

PHP Therapists primarily facilitate therapeutic groups while working alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team to provide meaningful clinical support to clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate therapeutic group sessions within the Adult or Adolescent PHP program.

• Provide clinically appropriate psychoeducation and group interventions.

• Collaborate with the treatment team to support client care and treatment planning.

• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation.

• Participate in clinical team meetings as needed.

• Provide additional clinical support to the PHP program as assigned.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Human Services, or a related field that includes the completion of a clinical based internship and/or practicum.

• Previous counseling or therapy experience required.

• Experience in mental health, behavioral healthcare, or PHP/IOP settings preferred.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary treatment team.
