Ecuadorian citizens and foreign residents in Ecuador can apply for FUNIBER scholarship support for eligible official distance master's programmes in the second 2026 cohort.

FUNIBER reviews each candidate's admission and scholarship profile. Approved applicants receive an award letter specifying the committed scholarship percentage, remaining costs and proposed payment plan; beneficiaries must complete enrolment by 5 October 2026.
Eligibility requirements
Applicants must be Ecuadorian citizens or foreign residents in Ecuador, hold a qualifying third-level university degree such as a licenciatura or equivalent, and be able to finance the part of programme costs not covered by the scholarship. Technical or technologist qualifications are not accepted for this call.
