Applications for October 2027 entry open in September 2026. Current University of Cambridge pages confirm a Gates Cambridge deadline of October 14, 2026 for U.S. citizens resident in the United States. For other eligible applicants, the funding deadline is course-dependent: many Cambridge departments use December 8, 2026, while some courses use January 6, 2027. Because there is no single safe deadline for every eligible course and route, this record does not force one universal deadline. Gates Cambridge provides a full-cost scholarship and additional discretionary funding; applicants apply through the University of Cambridge postgraduate application and funding section.
