Full job description
The General Manager leads hotel operations across rooms, food and beverage, sales and marketing, finance, HR, engineering and security; manages budgets and commercial performance; develops talent; and maintains Marriott standards, compliance and stakeholder relationships.
Requirements & qualifications
Minimum 2+ years as a General Manager in a branded full-service hotel or significant executive hotel leadership experience. Fluent written and spoken English and French are required; Arabic is an advantage. Africa, Middle East or emerging-market experience is advantageous.
